Schizencephaly Mufti Day

The SRC held a Schizencephaly Mufti Day today to raise awareness of the condition. Students wore green and purple, bringing with them a gold coin donation to raise funds for Genetic Alliance Australia (GA).
The students enjoyed hearing from GA's presenter, and from Kanya (one of our students) along with her father, Mr Young, who shared a little of Kanya's story.
Genetic Alliance Australia is a not-for-profit organisation that provides support for families managing rare conditions.
