Enrolment Procedure for Year 7
Due to the high volume of enquires for high school, we are only sending out application forms and prospectus packs to those who contact the school on (02) 9487 2100 or fill out an enquiry form which is located to the right of the page. This is to ensure we can properly document and collect information from those interested.
To enrol, an Application for Enrolment 7-12 form must be filled out and returned with a $50 non-refundable application fee. An interview with the Principal and Deputy Principal will be required. At this time you will be asked to provide additional documentation (outlined below) to support the Application for Enrolment.
You will need to supply copies of the following documents to support your application:
- Birth Certificate
- Previous school reports
- Immunisation Certificates
- Legal documents relating to special family circumstances, eg. AVO
- Passport and visa, if applicant or parents are not Australian citizens
- NAPLAN results
Letter of Offer
Successful applicants for Year 7 will be sent a Letter of Offer prior to the start date. This letter will include details of when to pay the $400 non-refundable enrolment deposit, which will secure the student's place. This deposit will be returned on completion of Year 12 at Wahroonga Adventist School. Other applicants will be given the opportunity to go on a wait list.
